Frog Pond

Print out frog picture onto stock paper and cover with clear contact paper.Cut the frogs for your child. You will need two sturdy paper plates for your child. Cut a door in the top paper plate. Make it large enough for toddlers to reach into it and pull frog out. You will need a piece of blue felt pond cut it into a circle to pit the bottom paper plate. Give your child large paint brushes and red ,blue. and yelloww paint to make brown. As they paint the plate and mix the colors together they will end up with brown. Have the children cover the other paper plate with glue and stick the felt onto it. Put these aside to dry. After both pieces are dry staple the outside edge and cover the staples with dark colored duck tape.

Here a cute song to sing Tune To 'YANKEE DOODLE'

The pilgrims came across the sea,
And never throught of you and me
And yet , it very strange the way
We think of them on Thanksgiving Day

We tell thier story old and true,
Of how they sailed across the blue.
And found a new lannd to be free.
And built thier homes quite near the sea.

Every child knows well the true
Of how they bravely turned and sail
And pilgrams turned the sail.
And journeyed many a day and night
To worship God as they thought right.

Here is a very cute craft

Horse

Take paper plate and fold in half
Cut a shape of a horse head and neck out of paper plate Use another paper plate to make the horse body.
